“Needed a hard-to-find 12V power cable for my older Icom IC-207H dual-band mobile radio. The vast majority of online suppliers listed the OPC-346 as "discontinued"..."not available"..."out-of-stock". Well, guess who had one...Ken's Electronics!I placed my online order, then Ken even called me on the phone the next day, to confirm the make and model of my radio, to avoid selling me the wrong cable! How many other suppliers, are that concerned about customer satisfaction? Not many.Ken is very well-skilled at what he does. He will be my "go-to" supplier, for any of my electronic needs in the future.”

“My daughter has graduated and I decided to grab some WMU swag as a proud dad!! I found the perfect hat. But man, I wanted an exercise shirt but I can't justify paying for the merchandise license fees of underarmour and WMU! Not a fault of the store, but still...there must be $40 worth of merch fees stacked on those shirts.”

“This store is the most horrible store I've been to. They give false information just to lock you in to a plan and tell you how to beat there own system to get you to purchase phones turn it on then you get cut off by Metro because this store waived a fee that has you locked in to cut off your services to get you to pay more fees . I understand the young homely girl is trying to earn. Commission but come on dude. Y'all act like y'all desperate to make money ..went back to get a phone through my insurance and was told to break my phone more because it didn't have and cracks. Then my other line I was told that they didn't take dropped phones after a year of paying insurance on the phones sick of y'all dropped calls and the phone only last a good 6 month. The black lady that work there doesn't know how to talk to nobody”

“All Costcos are good, mainly because the CEO isn't a greedy pig and the workers are paid pretty well so they generally like what they are doing. Costco is seriously better than the rest of the genre. And the prices, so good that the place is insanely busy. No better gasoline prices anywhere, enough savings to make it worth it to wait in line. Gasoline lines like 1973, only with a little less rancor because this is Western Michigan. No better prices on computers. No better prices on cat litter. That's all I really need, gasoline, cat litter, and a computer. That's all I need in this world. And this lamp. The ashtray, this paddle game, and the remote control, cat litter, gasoline, a computer, and the lamp, and that's all I need. Sorry, I'm being a j**** This Costco, like all Costcos, is a good place to shop even if it is crowded and busy.”

“I stopped in while in the area. Someone recently shared the Wild Fable clothing line and I wanted to see it in person. This target was well stocked with a variety of colors and sizes. It's a casual fall color themed display. It's also back to school time! There were lots of supplies and snacks available! If you're looking for a well stocked store, this one delivered today. The store is clean and checkout was fast!”

“Went the the Verizon store in portage and had a terrible experience so I decided to go to this one instead and we ended up getting to the store 30 mins before close. Needed a new phone because my girlfriend destroyed hers. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Jacob? I can't remember his name for sure but he was the most helpful guy I could have gotten. He got us all set and out the door in under 15 mins even including two hiccups in the purchase process. Most helpful person I could have ever hoped for. If you guys read your reviews take care of this guy. Jacob if you get to see this, thanks for your help we really appreciate it.”
