“We worked with Ashley and team at UPS from out of state to ship a full set of Bone China. The care they took with packaging was amazing, every piece was individually wrapped and each box (5 total) was expertly packed. Although working with us over the phone their communication was excellent keeping us apprised of each step along the way and providing us with all documentation and follow ups as necessary. They were so friendly and as we understand it the franchise owner made a special trip in Friday evening to ensure everything was properly packed. Not only did everything show up in perfect condition, it also arrived much sooner than we had hoped for.
