The Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo is an average hotel that provides a clean and comfortable place to rest. Guests find the beds clean and comfy and the rooms nice and spotless, though some note the decor is outdated and looks a bit run down. The staff receives consistent praise for being very nice, friendly, and excellent, with specific appreciation for their helpful service at the bar and restaurant and with local recommendations. However, some operational issues are noted. The key cards for room doors frequently malfunction, requiring multiple swipes or recoding. In-room amenities can be problematic, such as a non-working refrigerator, and the hotel breakfast is considered too expensive for the quality, with better food options nearby like Denny's. The on-site Potter's Restaurant serves good food, but the kitchen and waitstaff can struggle unexpectedly with large groups. Located conveniently for nearby activities and with okay walkability, the hotel is a recommended choice for travelers seeking a friendly, clean, and comfortable stay, despite some occasional maintenance and access inconveniences.
This hotel is average across all fronts. Not great, not bad. The bed was clean and comfy, which is what we needed for the purpose of our stay.

It's what you get from a Four Points. Clean, No Frills, basic hotel. It was worth a good night's rest.

Rooms are okay. They are clean but breakfast is too expensive for what they serve. You can go to Denny’s down the road and get better food. We had a non working refrigerator in our room but they did come to replace it. But left the broken one in our room taking up space instead of taking it with them.
