His construction crew was so professional and enjoyable to work with we invited them over for a happy hour when the project was complete. I appreciated the attention to detail and the ability to talk me off the cliff when issues came up. Kyle was very calm and provided various options for any late changes that needed to happen. I especially liked the design work and his ability to really listen to my wants and how he managed to work them all into the design layout. The Before and After picks are truly stunning. “Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Ferguson Team, I had bought a toilet a year or so ago and was having issues with the seat. Shannon Hickman had me bring home a new toilet seat and said no problem and warrantied it for me. I sent him a email with the pictures and confirmed I could throw it away on Friday around 8:30pm and I wasn't expecting him to email me back till Monday but around 10pm I got a response and he said absolutely and I was shocked he emailed me. You normally don't get that type of service at a large business like this. Great work Shannon!!!”
