There was a mixup with my reservation of a storage unit (not the fault of the staff at the location), and Whitney and Mika went above and beyond to help get it sorted out! “UPDATE: After a hectic morning due to a failure to get our reservation in the system, Aeryk got us hooked up with a truck and let us get about our business ASAP to get back on schedule. Upon returning the truck he was incredibly understanding to the situation and was just glad he could help us out!
Attempted a self pickup through their app at 7:30, and cannot leave this god forsaken facility. The app just directs you to call for assistance instead of guiding you through how to leave, and I’ve been sitting on hold for over 20 minutes now, haven’t even spoken to someone who can help. I’d rather haul my furniture by horse and buggy than use this facility, it may be slow but can’t be slower than this.”
“We are always confident that we will not ever run out of propane for our household use with your services. No matter the weather, the propane truck always comes through.We would appreciate a semi-regular update on the price of propane prior to delivery so that we are prepared for upcoming changes in prices instead of after the fact.
