We were using Hertz and they canceled on us an hour before pick up and we panicked and found this company, the owners were absolutely sweethearts and extremely to the point it made the process so easy! The sprinter van was perfect for our event we needed it for and returning it was super simple. We definitely will be using them again next year when we are back for this event! Pricing is absolutely fair as well. Because of their help we were able to attend our event in peace.”

“UPDATE: After a hectic morning due to a failure to get our reservation in the system, Aeryk got us hooked up with a truck and let us get about our business ASAP to get back on schedule. Upon returning the truck he was incredibly understanding to the situation and was just glad he could help us out!
Attempted a self pickup through their app at 7:30, and cannot leave this god forsaken facility. The app just directs you to call for assistance instead of guiding you through how to leave, and I’ve been sitting on hold for over 20 minutes now, haven’t even spoken to someone who can help. I’d rather haul my furniture by horse and buggy than use this facility, it may be slow but can’t be slower than this.”
“This facility is top shelf. I needed quick repair and they fit me in and got me going in a day. Excellent personel all the way around from service folks to technicians. Excellent work at a good price. I am a repeat customer.”

“Absolutely blown away by the service at Penske Repair Shop in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I came in during a serious pinch expecting a long wait, and these guys had me back on the road in record time. I literally walked in the door and 15 minutes later I was walking back out with the keys in my hand. That kind of speed, professionalism, and customer support is almost unheard of these days.
