“5.14.24 I took my old I phone into the store because I was unable to transfer the date, I have to admit I couldn't follow the directions and I was frustrated. JACOB welcomed me and did all the transferring. I was amazed at how quickly he did it. I would still be doing it if I hadn't gone in. He explained what he was doing and told me if I had any questions or concerns to come back. He was very knowledgeable about things and I felt so happy when I left. “I recently had a large upright piano moved from one city to another. The new location had a long stairwell with a turn up to the 2nd floor. I was afraid to watch them move my beautiful piano, but of course I had to. It was quite an effort, but they never gave up and with no damage to the piano, were successful. I will definitely contact Mike & Louis piano movers the next time I have my piano moved, which will most likely be next year. They were very courteous and provided excellent service!! “This place is an audio gear lovers paradise. First, be prepared to be shocked with the massive inventory in such a tiny space. The owner, Moses, has audio gear knowledge that astounds me every time I have visited. He will take the time to inform you and walk you through your buying experience. If the receiver you're interested in is in the middle of a stack, Moses will pull it out and connect it to a massive array of speakers for you to see and hear.Over the last few years, all of my bland modern pieces of gear, with no personality, have been replaced. All of my gear now is vintage with personality and plenty of heartwarming sound. All from Ecotopia. I'm sure hi-fi enthusiasts will understand what that means.Thanks for all your time, Moses. “We bought some used movies. ( about 5$ each . ) 1 stopped and refused to play half of movie. When we went back, we brought it. They quickly found the same movie and gave it to us with a smile and apology taking the other back. ( I saw them throw the 1 away that wasnt good. )Very fun store and cheerful and helpful staff! always something new. Affordable place to bring children and be able to buy prizes for them. ( or yourself of course ! ) Very clean and organized.Note: people complaining they wouldnt give you enough money for what you wanted to sell them - No Brainer folks! They SELL for exceptionally low prices. They cant give YOU much money. Thats how business works! Dont be obnoxious to the employees since you cant figure that out.”

I was worried that I didn't have enough time to get a get a new phone because 8 mouths ago I got one and it took an hour and a half to get it. So I went into the store told Marissa my situation told her I had to be to work in less then an hour can u help me. Marissa had me done fully setup in 35 minutes. The customer service is amazing. Thank you for the help you did amazing.”

“Tiara and Monica have the years of experience you hope for when going to a cellphone store with a problem. Tiara tirelessly worked on my problem and replaced my SIM card twice to see if that would fix the SOS issues on my mini iPhone 13. Once she knew my phone was unfixable and I didn't have the extended warranty, she gave me all of my options I needed to make the most fiscally responsible decision I could, at a time when I truly needed my phone to work and did not want nor plan for this surprise expense. I was literally there for hours, but both Tiara and Monica made it a very pleasant experience. I was heading to another Verizon store closer to my house and I turned around and went the opposite direction just to go to the Southfield store , because I have always had good experiences there and this was a problem that no ordinary sales/service person could address. The life stresses I am going through are trying enough.
After I chose to buy the iPhone 15, Monica made sure EVERYTHING was transferred over and working properly before I walked out that door.
I almost forgot, Tiara had a wonderful line she used when she was multitasking between me and other customers in a very busy store; "Work smarter, not harder!"

“Love this target! All staff I've encountered are helpful and caring. They always take the time to be patient with me and don't rush me while doing returns and such. I'm also fond of the curbside pickup system they have and I hardly have to wait more than a few minutes for my order. The workers always help me troubleshoot when I can't get my app to work since I'm not the best with technology.
I haven't frequented many targets but compared to some other retailers similar to target, the managers here always go above and beyond the help me when other employees don't have the right tools. I can tell the managment here is held to higher standards than others.
Overall great place, good vibes, lots of smiles. Love to see it.”
