If you have to drive and deal with traffic to get to this Verizon store it's all worth it.”

“This store is amazing. I came in in a panic because my phone kept glitching while I was navigating home. It turned out I had some water damage from two days earlier- they used their machine to get all the water out and it’s good as new- saved me hundreds of dollars on a new phone!”

“5.14.24 I took my old I phone into the store because I was unable to transfer the date, I have to admit I couldn't follow the directions and I was frustrated. JACOB welcomed me and did all the transferring. I was amazed at how quickly he did it. I would still be doing it if I hadn't gone in. “I recently had a large upright piano moved from one city to another. The new location had a long stairwell with a turn up to the 2nd floor. I was afraid to watch them move my beautiful piano, but of course I had to. It was quite an effort, but they never gave up and with no damage to the piano, were successful. I will definitely contact Mike & Louis piano movers the next time I have my piano moved, which will most likely be next year. They were very courteous and provided excellent service!! Thanks guys, you’re the best!!”

The owner, Moses, has audio gear knowledge that astounds me every time I have visited. He will take the time to inform you and walk you through your buying experience. If the receiver you're interested in is in the middle of a stack, Moses will pull it out and connect it to a massive array of speakers for you to see and hear.Over the last few years, all of my bland modern pieces of gear, with no personality, have been replaced. All of my gear now is vintage with personality and plenty of heartwarming sound. All from Ecotopia. I'm sure hi-fi enthusiasts will understand what that means.Thanks for all your time, Moses. “We bought some used movies. ( about 5$ each . ) 1 stopped and refused to play half of movie. When we went back, we brought it. They quickly found the same movie and gave it to us with a smile and apology taking the other back. ( I saw them throw the 1 away that wasnt good. )Very fun store and cheerful and helpful staff! always something new. Affordable place to bring children and be able to buy prizes for them. “Yesterday I went into the White Lake location I needed to buy a new phone. I was worried that I didn't have enough time to get a get a new phone because 8 mouths ago I got one and it took an hour and a half to get it. So I went into the store told Marissa my situation told her I had to be to work in less then an hour can u help me. Marissa had me done fully setup in 35 minutes. The customer service is amazing. Thank you for the help you did amazing.”

“I tried setting up new phone services through the chat on the Verizon website but the robot/rep made it difficult and kept having system issues. I called the nearest store in Southfield and spoke to Mike (manager) and he was very polite. He told me to come and they’ll help me the rest of the way. The front of the building is under construction so it was kind of weird to go to the back. I met Mike and Tiara and they were AWESOME! They explained everything and I even added WiFi services for my home. Everything went smooth and they even stayed a little after closing to finishing setting me up. I would give 5 stars to Mike and Tiara but I only gave 4 due to the experience I’ve been having with the network since I switched from AT&T. I feel like I should of just stayed with AT&T because my phone worked everywhere and I never had so many dropped calls and internet lags. I only switched to Verizon because I heard they were the best but it seems they’re too popular with too many customers on their network for things to run smoothly. Hopefully things get better because I’m now stuck in this contract. To Mike and Tiara, you guys were great. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you both. To Verizon, please do better.”

“Love this target! All staff I've encountered are helpful and caring. They always take the time to be patient with me and don't rush me while doing returns and such. I'm also fond of the curbside pickup system they have and I hardly have to wait more than a few minutes for my order. The workers always help me troubleshoot when I can't get my app to work since I'm not the best with technology.
I haven't frequented many targets but compared to some other retailers similar to target, the managers here always go above and beyond the help me when other employees don't have the right tools. I can tell the managment here is held to higher standards than others.
Overall great place, good vibes, lots of smiles. Love to see it.”
