“I would say my only problem with this store is the location/parking. Probably not the best place for a UPS store. It is always super busy and almost can never find a parking spot. Other than that, the store and staff it’s self are great!”

“The UPS Store on 44th in Wyoming is a busy place. I was pretty concerned when I arrived and there were 10 people in front of me. Rather than taking a long time, the two staff members quickly worked through the needs of the customers and I ended up waiting less than 10 minutes, probably closer to five. And I received notice that my package arrived to its destination the promised time.”
“When I was walking up to return my package I had my 2 year old in 1 hand and package in the other and the employee (Ricky) said he seen me walking up and went out of his way to open the door for me even before I made it to the door it was very much appreciated that he went out of his way from behind the desk to be kind and open the door definitely best customer service I've had in a very long time!! “We have used the Mailboxforwarding company for quite a few years. Their California location has (largely) excellent service for us in a cost effective manner. That location is now closed, we are hopeful that the Grandville Michigan location will serve us equally well. Hopefully their staffing at the Grandville location has improved greatly since the negative (it concerned me) 2017 review was posted by someone greatly displeased with their services. I will comment again after we determine how well the Grandville location lives up to the excellent service we've received at their California location. We're hoping it's just as good!”
