We have a dog who is very timid in public and they make sure to get him in as soon as they open and do his appointments in the lobby for low anxiety. Always send out text reminders. Always have emailed receipts and call for reminders. Amazing care !! Always clean and a place to trust with your furry friends !

3215 Breton Rd SE, KentwoodI highly recommend this office! Why…. Friendly staff, clean lobby/exam rooms, knowledgeable veterinarians, appointment reminders, post-visit checkup calls, and for always being kindly/professionally cared for by every single team member.
Doja had a poor response to her previous vaccines. This was documented in our post-visit call. I loved this was reviewed before her appointment, and as a result, was pre-treated for nausea. She did fantastic this round!
Cat lovers are the best. I appreciate your compassion and attention to the details.

I moved to Michigan recently and have been looking for a good vet for my beloved cat and Dr. Pair was that, she was very kind and knowledgeable. Sarah was the technician and she was great as well. I normally worry about if my cat will be scared and try to protect himself at the vet and I could tell in the exam room he felt so comfortable! He was more like the cat I see at home than a scared boy wanting to leave and go home right away. I think it's a combination of the wonderful staff as well as it's a cat only clinic. Highly recommend them if you have a cat.

Camp Bow Wow
4150 40th St SE, KentwoodWe recently switched over to Camp Bow Wow from another kennel. They offer so much for our four-legged furball to have fun with. We absolutely love the hours to be able to drop off and pick up. They are always willing to answer the phone and answer questions for you. We actually had him over there when We had to have our pup have a couple of meds, and they take very good care of them. They have a real nice area for them to stay in or those little raised bed. They have clipboards on the outside to let them know there's any instructions or any needs that you're for baby might need. We love the pet cams so we can check on our 75 lb Boomer. They also have what they call enrichment time. And we have pictures of him actually diving nose first into a foam party. They also have little pools for the dogs to be able to play in. Absolute love that we switched to Camp Bow Wow. If you want them to have a bath they do a really good job with that as well Just give them a heads up. They are conveniently located the one we go to not far from the Grand Rapids airport. Keep up the great work. Boomer actually cries when he gets dropped off and can't wait to get in the back.

Nothing disappointed!
The rolls here are bigger and come with more butter than Grandville. We did appreciate that! (Although, both are great)
The entrees arrived quickly, our waitress was on point and kept our drinks and bread basket full.
The food was delicious and hot.
Prices very reasonable as well.

Pizza Ranch
3858 28th St SE, KentwoodWe absolutely loved this week's experience at Pizza Ranch. Everything was so clean, the staff was very friendly and the pizza was hot and offered so many great varieties. We unknowingly came on wing night and that was an added bonus. The fries were especially a favorite at our table - so crispy! I loved the salad bar as well, which was well stocked with fresh options. The assistant manager served us our personalized pizza and checked on us several times. I also saw the staff continually bussing tables and attending to the buffet area. Our only disappointment was the Pepsi products rather than Coke because we're diehard Coca Cola fans here. But overall such a fun night and treat for an out of town guest who told us repeatedly how much she enjoyed it.
