It offers a top notch product lineup with great quality, tons of options, and its own award-winning brand. The staff is phenomenal, informative, and always provides superb customer service. They gladly share their enthusiasm and knowledge, helping customers find the right gear for their needs, from sleeping bags to sleeping pads. While there have been occasional issues, such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item, the store fixes any issues quickly and kindly. I went for the first time today to buy some basics for my first commuter bike. Ben was so helpful and answered a lot of maintenance and questions that I had. He even tuned up my bike and walked me through maintenace that I could continue at home. Will definetly keep coming here for whatever my bike needs.
