“My love of Watson's (and Gene!) started in 2023 with the purchase of a Jacuzzi hot tub. Gene was patient, knowledgeable and so helpful in that process. Since then I have purchased umbrellas and patio furniture and love all of it. The quality of the products is outstanding and the delivery teams are always top notch. I pop in to buy spa maintenance items and always enjoy seeing the friendly teams in both Rochester and Utica.”
“I love the selection they always have. Great prices which hard to find in July 2026. I bought a living room set in 2024 and a recliner this week of July 2026. Bob's delivery is top notch, as well as their sales people on the floor. I shopped at Garner White but their prices, availability for items never reflect their ads of same day delivery and huge discounts. That's what made me check out Bob's. They also have great coverage in case of any failures or accidental damage. Try Bob's if you're out looking for furniture. If anything changes with my experience with Bob's I'll update my review.”

“Great spot. Came in when they were running an estate sale. The owner is so nice and knowledgeable. It's much larger than it looks on the outside. Full main floor and a basement full! I was very impressed. I was just looking online you see if you were open today because I was going to pop-in and see what I missed the first time. The shop is literally full floor to ceiling with things from every era and style. Definitely worth the stop.”
“I worked very closely with Mike from Lovesac located in Rochester hills. He helped build the configuration and was so patient with me while I was picking colors for the couch. Even after the delivery was done, Mike stayed in touch to make sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed in order to set up our couches and our surround sound system. I really appreciate everything that he's done. He has excellent customer service skills and is awesome overall 100/10 recommend if you plan on buying a Lovesac go to this location and ask for Mike!”
“This Gardner White furniture store bent over backwards to help us to recieve a power lift chair before my husband's surgery. After going 3 days to some stores trying out the best one for him, it wasn't in stock and wouldn't sell the floor model, it was too late to order one in time,. One call to Gardner White in Auburn Hills, talked to Jenny Guest, and she had an idea , she went to her manager, Brian Collard, and they came up with a solution,. Thank God for them, and we will be forever grateful for all the help!

“I absolutely love this Target, it's better than the one in Rochester and Dearborn. ( Dearborn is out of half their merchandise and the shelves are messed up!!) I can honestly say that's the worst one I've ever been to!) Auburn Hills is amazing it's very clean inside, they have a Starbucks also. I always find some cute items and good deals in my size so I'm very pleased with that, and they have the cutest clothes in vibrant colors! They keep everything well stocked, and the alcohol section is huge, so come here if you want to find a nice wine for not to expensive. I'm always buying yogurt they always have it in stock and their produce is pretty good & the beauty isle is also huge!!( OMG, in in heaven!!) Ooh yeah, I forgot to mention the Target brands are the best and a lot cheaper. You can't tell a difference between a high end brand and and Target brand( At least as far as I have noticed.) Can't wait to return soon!!!”

“My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Mattress Firm, and it was all thanks to Brendan.
From the moment we walked in, he greeted us right away and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, including our sleep preferences and budget. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honestly seemed like a mattress wizard. After we described what we were looking for, the very first mattress he recommended ended up being the one we purchased.
We still tried several others just to be sure, and he explained the differences between mattresses at various price points without ever making us feel pressured to spend more. In fact, he was hesitant to show us mattresses above our budget until we specifically asked because he wanted to help us find the best value rather than simply sell us the most expensive option.
During the purchase, we experienced a very unusual payment processing issue that was completely outside of Brendan's control. This is where his customer service truly set him apart. Rather than passing us off to someone else or telling us to call customer service, he personally took ownership of the situation. He stayed in regular contact with us while he worked to get the issue resolved, and it seemed like he genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond to ensure the issue had the best possible outcome for me and my husband.
It's rare to find someone who provides outstanding service during the sale and continues to advocate for their customers after the purchase is complete. Brendan did exactly that, and because of him, what could have been an incredibly stressful experience ended on an overwhelmingly positive note. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and I highly recommend asking for Brendan if you're shopping for a mattress.”
