“Great experience. After a horrid day shopping for a new mattress, we finally found what we wanted, at a price we could deal with (not gonna say it was cheap, because mattress prices have gone stupid, but if you're gonna spend money of something, make it your mattress!). American mattress is apparently going out of business, and their prices seem to suggest they're trying to make as much money as they can really quick. They also told me 6-8 weeks to get the mattress. Gardner White told me my warranty was void and they don't honor the 120 day sleep guarantee unless I buy their mattress protector, even after I advised we already have one. None of that happened at Mattress Firm. Will definitely recommend!”

“Great spot. Came in when they were running an estate sale. The owner is so nice and knowledgeable. It's much larger than it looks on the outside. Full main floor and a basement full! I was very impressed. I was just looking online you see if you were open today because I was going to pop-in and see what I missed the first time. The shop is literally full floor to ceiling with things from every era and style. Definitely worth the stop.”
“I worked very closely with Mike from Lovesac located in Rochester hills. He helped build the configuration and was so patient with me while I was picking colors for the couch. Even after the delivery was done, Mike stayed in touch to make sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed in order to set up our couches and our surround sound system. “This Gardner White furniture store bent over backwards to help us to recieve a power lift chair before my husband's surgery. After going 3 days to some stores trying out the best one for him, it wasn't in stock and wouldn't sell the floor model, it was too late to order one in time,. One call to Gardner White in Auburn Hills, talked to Jenny Guest, and she had an idea , she went to her manager, Brian Collard, and they came up with a solution,. “There are so many styles and leathers to choose from. Martin is very knowledgeable . The store has been in business over 30 years so be confident. Most furniture stores do not have furniture techs for repairs.
Our leather sofa was delivered with a scuff and the new recliner had a problem 2 mo after delivery.
Fortunately Sean, the furniture tech Martin sent out was phenomenal. Everything was made perfect in my home within 30 minutes.
