She also told me about Telus offers based on my preferences. When I decided to proceed with a new phone she offered to switch my old phone over to the new phone at the store free of charge. I brought the phone in to do this and everything went smoothly. She’s very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The other staff and manager at the store were friendly and helpful as well.
