I was very overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. Someone pointed me to George at Pleats. He took on this tremendous project with great ease and outstanding professionalism. His creative vision from removing walls to refurnishing all the rooms and light fixtures, left us overjoyed on how beautiful this project turned out. One of the many things that I really appreciate about George is his well informed and constant communication from the beginning of the project to the very end. “This place had so much selection and it was so fun to look at everything! However please be careful the food items are being sold past date (like not the clearance ones) in fact one of the items on the shelf was completely molded. Still a great store but if that is something the bothers you please be careful!”

“Never had an issue at any of the Pottery Barn locations we’ve gone to, but this one was head and shoulders above the rest. Called looking for an item and the individual on the phone was very helpful. When we came into pick it up, was greater at the entrance with a hello. The sales rep that helps was very courteous. After picking up the item we had purchased, we asked about another item that was showing no longer available, and they found that it 1 one was available out of a location in Maryland. Would go back again and would recommend to anyone.”
