The elevators were not working so, due to a mobility issue, we asked for a groundfloor room. We were put down a hallway that smelled like swampwater. Wouldn't stay again.

The service was fairly friendly. They seem as if under remodeling. Our room was pretty big and nice. Although, when you flush the toilet, the hot water in the shower would not work for 10-15 minutes.
