I've been banking here for almost 40 years even after moving out of state because there's simply nobody better and I find their online options at least as convenient as anything I could do from a local branch. That said, they still have allied branches even in my state for times when I have to retrieve a cashier's check or other face-to-face transactions. Needs to be more like East Lansing branch. Looks like they put their money to the newer upscale areas outside of the capital area. Other then that ok to deal with.”
