“Consumers Credit Union on Lake Lansing Road, Lansing, MI. Amy was my banker with help from another gentleman. At this visit I came in with a printed check that was rejected from the teller bc the check had writing on the back. Amy had me email the check to her and she printed it with no issues in cashing it. I also had a CD maturing on September 18th which I was planning on cashing in bc the rate was 0.3%. Amy renewed my CD with a 4% rate for 24 months. I was telling both of them that it’s hard for me to come in on Fridays bc of my work schedule for root beer float day so he went in the back and brought me out a cold bottle of root beer. Thanks for all you do to make your customers feel important!”

“This is my new credit union, and I LOVE IT HERE! People are down-to-Earth, friendly, and very understanding and kind. They're always ready to help, whether it's giving me an extra envelope so I can deliver a check to someone, or suggesting if I'm cold to go grab a cup of coffee or tea in the waiting area. They're very good at providing a special, personal (human) touch -- it's why I chose them. It's really convenient that I can do lots of things online with Lake Trust CU, but the best part is this: when I want to speak with a Real Human, they don't make me jump through hoops (or several different AI helpers) to do it -- I can just walk into the credit union, and wait for an available teller, and Boom! A Real Human, who's kind and considerate, is there to assist me. It's THAT part, that will keep me coming back as a loyal customer. They really care about their members, and it shows.
