I've been banking here for almost 40 years even after moving out of state because there's simply nobody better and I find their online options at least as convenient as anything I could do from a local branch. That said, they still have allied branches even in my state for times when I have to retrieve a cashier's check or other face-to-face transactions. The service associates are some of the most helpful and caring from any business i regularly deal with. CASE is the place for me!”

“It was my first time coming in yesterday. I came for a refinance for my auto loan and they explained everything clearly and politely. It was an absolute pain to refinance as CNAC is a real piece of work but they didn’t even break a sweat. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a financial institution and I’m a member at a few different ones. I ended up opening multiple accounts and a credit card line as well. “This is my new credit union, and I LOVE IT HERE! People are down-to-Earth, friendly, and very understanding and kind. They're always ready to help, whether it's giving me an extra envelope so I can deliver a check to someone, or suggesting if I'm cold to go grab a cup of coffee or tea in the waiting area. They're very good at providing a special, personal (human) touch -- it's why I chose them.
It's really convenient that I can do lots of things online with Lake Trust CU, but the best part is this: when I want to speak with a Real Human, they don't make me jump through hoops (or several different AI helpers) to do it -- I can just walk into the credit union, and wait for an available teller, and Boom! A Real Human, who's kind and considerate, is there to assist me. It's THAT part, that will keep me coming back as a loyal customer. They really care about their members, and it shows.

They got my money refunded and printed new cards on the spot. When I was having trouble with my card being declined, a young man named Mark figured out the problem right away. I'm a loyal member.”
