Quality Suites offers spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, making it a popular choice for travelers. The rooms are large, with some featuring a couch and coffee table, and are generally quiet, even on busy weekends. Inside, the hotel has an updated and nice interior, contrasting with its unappealing exterior. The staff, including friendly breakfast hosts and helpful employees, add to the positive experience, especially those serving breakfast with personality and offering hot breakfast options prepared to order. The hotel caters to a business-oriented clientele, with facilities often used for conferences. The design is interesting and appealing, and safety is not an issue, as the area around the hotel includes many businesses and residential areas. However, some guests noted issues such as a small bathroom that can feel claustrophobic, a shower without hot water, and a loud furnace that was active during the night. Breakfast offerings vary; some guests found breakfast delicious with hot options and good variety, served by outgoing staff, while others were disappointed with cold potatoes and bland eggs. The hotel’s location is convenient for walking to nearby trailheads, but other restaurants require driving. Overall, the hotel provides good value, friendly service, and a comfortable stay, though recent ownership changes have led to some reduction in amenities like hot chocolate, social hours, and breakfast items, which has disappointed loyal guests.
Beautiful room, was disappointed that there wasn't a pool and the only room with a hot tub was broken. There breakfast very good though.

This hotel is great location for restaurants and activities and stores. Also, it is a very quiet hotel as well. we were greeted by Angie at the front desk and she was very helpful. She also told us about the continental breakfast in the morning.
