Alex is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and has an uncanny ability to remember all adjustments and instructions. Kristen is extremely warm and helpful. I highly recommend anyone printing images, photographs, scans, etc. to come here. My experience thus far has been 5/5 and I'll be returning in the future. The team is also willing to print proofs and discuss together, which was very helpful for my first time printing new sizes.
Also the Cap City team is entirely transparent on pricing and nobody should hesitate to ask for the details of different quantities and materials.
