“I have had two large orders printed at Cap City Repro and used different materials and sizes. As other reviews say, the staff is fantastic. Alex is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and has an uncanny ability to remember all adjustments and instructions. Kristen is extremely warm and helpful. I highly recommend anyone printing images, photographs, scans, etc. to come here. My experience thus far has been 5/5 and I'll be returning in the future. The team is also willing to print proofs and discuss together, which was very helpful for my first time printing new sizes.
Also the Cap City team is entirely transparent on pricing and nobody should hesitate to ask for the details of different quantities and materials. I there are a lot of moving parts with materials and unique sizing and their transparency shows nothing is arbitrary and they are adhering to regular pricing based on the work. Again, 5/5.”
