“Came by this morning to pick up my new upgrade. I was met with the store associate who was on his own, and did a phenomenal job with setting my account up with my new phone. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He offered to set up my new device for me, but I declined since I'm a tech geek; it was a breeze. He let me know of the current deals offered, and was able to multi task as another customer came in. He's definitely an associate I hope to see in the future as he's the perfect fit for the job. He said it was his first time doing an online pick up order, but it didn't even delay him in setting up and getting my account updated. I wouldn't be surprised to see him warm a promotion in his future with his knowledge and skills he already acquired. I'm definitely glad I chose this store to pick up my device!
