To ship it back, required disassembling the entire unit. A member of the team helped me in the disassembly when a few pieces became very challenging. I want to thank Raphael for his help. The staff shows excellent teamwork—each person is quick to step in and assist whenever needed. I’ve brought in important documents to be printed, and every time I’ve received outstanding service. In particular, Tyler consistently goes above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his expertise. This location is by far the best!”

“I've been using this location for well over three years. Everyone I've interacted with at the front counter is nice, answers all my questions and provides receipts for drop offs when the self-service kiosk is out of paper. I use the kiosk to scan prepaid package labels and leave my scanned boxes at the front desk. They do have a prepaid package bin, but if your boxes are larger, it's best to leave them at the shipping station desk to avoid filling up the bin prematurely. I use this location weekly and will continue to do so.”
“This FedEx location is convenient and easily accessible from the main road. I've been shipping prepaid packages here for more than two years! They have a self service kiosk which makes it easy to scan all my prepaid labels and drop them off at the shipping center desk. The employees at the desk seem friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Ground cut off times are consistent so make sure you drop everything off at 5-5:10 pm M-F if you need it to go out the same day.”

“Decent service, small retail space but all the postal amenities. Would recommend there are wait times when busy so expect some delays, limited parking, but people usually pull out fairly quickly. Street parking, handicap accessible but very heavy doors, so it may be limited access for some. Mailbox outside for easy drop off, but not a drive up style it's drop off, but you need to get out of the car to deposit your mail.”
“Always friendly & helpful at this location. Its a bummer though when the equipment is down and I come to get a print. Its not the closest drive there for me & the other fed x's either dont have the printer i use &/or their customer service is rotten. This one really tries and the workers do well on Plymouth Rd, Livonia MI.”
“I was greeted almost instantly when I walked in the door with friendly faces. I had a drop off and without being asked the woman came and helped me use the kiosk. I didn’t even see those when I walked in.
This review has taken longer than my time in the store. This was by far the fastest and friendliest FedEx visit. The woman who greeted me was a genuinely kind person and funny!”
“My company has just started getting into shipping out LTL and we've used various companies to ship out to our other locations. Any time I've contacted someone else, I've always felt like I was interrupting them. That is a different story today. I called Old Dominion and spoke with Kim Hedrick there to set up my delivery and then asked her a question about freight class and she was extremely helpful and took her time talking to me about they do freight classing items and sent me information that was able to help us out to better class our shipments. I greatly appreciate her taking her time helping.”
“I came into town and needed 20, One sheet Obituary (with picture), I not only received quick printing I received the expert knowledge on best size Picture this helped because it would have been difficult to find a larger frame in time for the funeral service. Oh i didn't tell you that this was 9am the service was at 2pm and it was a beautiful service.thank you”

“Rahim was extremely professional and is a great credit to FedEx. I would recommend this branch for as long as he is employed here. I needed to send a package, had a discount code incorrect, and he helped me find what I was looking for. While attending to my shipment, he was courteous to other customers entering the store by acknowledging their presence with a pleasant greeting.
