“Nice overall, love supporting places that are small town.They recently have a trash issue or something though. I've been behind the store several times the last week or two in order to walk on the river walk. On multiple occasions when the wind blows from there toward the walk the trash smell is horrible.I want to stress.. this is Not a regular occurrence, and the store is a clean place overall, but it's been going on lately: maybe they had an issue with trash disposal company???”

They had an amigo available, store was clean, associates, and cashiers were helpful and friendly. Got what I needed and some. Great prices and goods. Will definitely be returning?”

“Compared to other local Kroger's, this specific one is by far the best. It has its faults every once and a while, but the staff overwhelmingly comes to the aid of shoppers in need. Truth be told, I live close to 2 other Kroger's, and I make the trip out to Flushing every week to get my Groceries here. It's well worth it! It's selection is quite good and also has Scan, Bag, and Go, which is convenient as well.”

“Prices are a little high, but not outrageous, and their "2 for $X" deals on drinks are usually pretty good. Selection is okay, not great, but they have the basics you expect from a small convenience store. Their hours are pretty decent, it's nice to have something open late on this side of town. I will say they have the coldest drinks in town. Shell, Dollar General, and Riverside keep their coolers so warm that it is not nice or refreshing to grab a bottle of water or soda on a hot day because they are basically room temperature. But in my experience, Southside usually has ice cold drinks and that counts for a lot.”

“The Kroger in Swartz Creek is always our first choice. We love the produce and the staff is wonderful. Just recently we had an issue with the pharmacy we’ve used for many years. Kroger stepped up and filled the void. Matthew, in the pharmacy, was outstanding. He stepped up and helped to fill our prescription late on a Friday night. Thank you, Matthew!”

“Who doesn't like a dollar general? Well I do. It is a quick stop and shop. Perfect if you need a poster board for a kids school project, deodorant for a date, cleaning supplies because a kid vomited in the car, or you simply want a cheap t-shirt or socks. Dollar General is a dollar store upgrade. This store was busy as it was a few days before Christmas and I suspect stocking staffers where needed. Nothing like BBQ pork rhins and eggnog to get the holiday kicking.”

“The pharmacy is a fine one with friendly personnel. Perhaps I should leave a separate one for the store, which would be 1 star. Not only have prices increased dramatically, but my last trip I was accused of not knowing how to scan vegetables in the self checkout when it constantly crashed. They're revamping their computer system and I suspect because there are those who are scamming the store at the self checkout. We have a new Aldi in our town and we've been shopping more there.”

“The only bad thing is all the bees in the can return room I mean it was a crazy idea to put it basically outside and that makes it have more bees than people in there. I killed 5 of them trying to return my bottles. Very challenging.”

My family has used Kroger pharmacy for years (since the store opened) and have always been taken care of and treated well.Jennifer, Tony and Don have always been great. I just had an issue with one of my meds and Tony took care of it immediately. When the Dr's office messed up Kroger fixed it.Greatly appreciate the pharmacy and the staff.”
