“The manager at this location is a very awesome she was very professional, she had a customer that had me concerned for her safety. When I say she spoke with care didn’t speak down to this lady gave her the up most respect. I pulled her to the side and asked if she was okay did she need me call for help because I didn’t want the lady to try and attack her. It was very clear something was wrong with the customer.
Enterprise this young lady handled this situation with so much respect and positive energy I had to say I’m so proud of you.
Being young and alone in such a vulnerable situation I can’t express how grateful I was to witness this moment. With so much respect for the person herself and the company she’s definitely capable of doing her job”

“This Enterprise is great . I had to get e rental immediately because the shop had to keep my car. I was able to get a rental very easy. While I had the rental scheduled for 1 week I had to extend it for a second week. I went online and did the extension with no problem. The rental was a 2025 Traverse which was also really nice.”

“The staff was wonderful, we couldn't ask for more polite accommodating people. However the choice of cars was too Limited. We had to choose from a car that was quite a bit smaller than the car we're used to driving or a minivan that was bigger than the vehicle were used to driving. This was okay for my six foot husband but not so much for my 5 foot frame especially considering I am a senior citizen, one of those short baby boomers.”

“Coming home to take care of my mom, I needed a rental car. Unfortunately I failed to make the reservation earlier and forgot it was a holiday week. I researched some rentals and other platforms such as Expedia etc. So after seeing the availability of rentals at this particular location I decided to rent it. I was a little worried as I wasn’t sure if what I would expect. But once I got there I was able to rent the vehicle and get on my way. I made sure to find out exactly where the location was etc. The car was adequate and worked perfectly. It was clean inside, I was very pleased with the experience and met the owner who was very nice. It’s just a neighborhood no frills car rental place. Would I get another car? Yes, because I wasn’t about to pay $800 for the week from an airport rental. Do the math. ??”
