I dont do the lady name but she doesn’t needs to be there if you wanna have a attitude and be nonchalant don’t work in a public setting I wish I knew the lady name but what irritates me is when you say ok I can’t help you I’m on break for two more mins go sit back down two mins passed you decide oh I have to use the bathroom so now the customer have to wait even longer because you wanna walk slow and wait until your break is over to use the bathroom”

They both deserve recognition because I haven’t seen this type of customer service in a long time. Not one time did they give me a hard time but came up with a solution for me and I ended up getting a storage in which I had been trying to get for the last few months. Thanks Savannah and Nicole for going the extra mile to make sure I left with a smile instead of a frown on my face. I literally have told several people about the great and expertise service that’s at Storage Sense of Livonia on Inkster road.
