“I live about 2 blocks away so this is my go to place, and I realized very quickly that quality service depends on if you are a man or cute as hell, in store staff is helpful to a certain point, but across the street where the riding lawn mowers are needs attention! I was looking for a rider and the man that was helping me acted like I was annoying him right away! Mind you the mowers are not cheap! That day I was having issues with my credit card so I came back the following week, this time the gentleman that helped me was 50 times more helpful.... I come to this hardware store because its closer and I like Ace Hardware stores!! But I can go elsewhere...”

“Went there to get staples for my staple gun and walked the entire store and could not find them. There was only one guy there and he was at register and also running back and forth helping other customers. I asked him if he was the only one here and he said, no, all the others are in the back. He did help me find the staples only to have to run back up front to check someone out. I've been there before and there's always someone one the floor helping customers. That was on a Monday afternoon.”

“I run a busy Surgery Center. We encountered an emergency and needed a medical gas immediately or surgeries would have had to be canceled. I called Scott in the Bay City office and he had the tank to us within 30 minutes. (we are in Saginaw) He was kind and never made me feel like it was a disposition. We always have A+ service from our area Airgas locations. These employees should be commended for the great job that they do.”
