“I live about 2 blocks away so this is my go to place, and I realized very quickly that quality service depends on if you are a man or cute as hell, in store staff is helpful to a certain point, but across the street where the riding lawn mowers are needs attention! I was looking for a rider and the man that was helping me acted like I was annoying him right away! Mind you the mowers are not cheap! That day I was having issues with my credit card so I came back the following week, this time the gentleman that helped me was 50 times more helpful.... I come to this hardware store because its closer and I like Ace Hardware stores!! But I can go elsewhere...”

I went in there yesterday and they could have been mean and make me lock my bike outside but the peddle was coming off I'm not telling ppl. “Worst customer service desk in town. They need training on treating customers. Awful experience. When we consider where to go we think about the customer service desk ladies and head to Menards.

“I was on my way to buy a new air compressor. I couldn’t find the part I needed online. Stop by the shop on the way. Everybody was very helpful. Met me at the door service like he used to see in the old days. Couldn’t have been more friendly. Don’t throw that old air compressor away stop in and see these guys. They’re fantastic.”
“The guys in Bay City were great! I pulled in right at closing time on a Friday to get my CO2 tank exchanged to carbonate my brite tanks at Cadillac Winery/ LeRoy brewing before leaving for vacation on Sunday. Even though they were walking to there cars, they helped a desperate brewer in a pinch! I hope they had a good weekend, we had a good vacation and when we got back our carbonation was perfect! Cudos to them!”
