“Today, I had a wonderful experience with the Assistant Manager Crystal, at the W. Eight Mile in Livonia, MI. When arrived she was servicing another customer. Crystal acknowledged me by saying she would be with me shortly. I waited probably less than 5 minutes. She was able to bring up my reservation that I made online to complete my move-in. Crystal was thorough and professional explaining the paperwork that I was signing. She also explained the fees for today and moving forward. Once every thing was completed, she also asked did I have any questions. She explained to me how to enter and exit the property. Finally, I was made aware of the business hours that someone would be there and the hours that I could visit my unit. I am very happy as a new customer. Thank you Crystal, I appreciate your service.

“I needed temporary storage to store furniture and other household items, while we showed our home, sold it, and bought a new home. I had two storage units at National Storage on Eight Mile Road, in Livonia. I was very satisfied with both units as well as their security and accessibility. Both of the units I rented were climate controlled. So the items inside were well preserved and kept at a proper humidity level. I was very satisfied, and if I, or anyone I know in my area needs storage, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend National Storage.”
