“I was unable to transfer $14,440 from my savings account to my checking account to pay a bill by check. It just said “you have exceed your amount”. After several online attempts, I was able to get a ride into the credit union (I’m unable to drive anymore). The teller explained that you have a limit of $10,000 that can be transferred from accounts on online a statement would be helpful.”
