Love ALFAs and the dealership experience at Genesis is the best I have ever had. Great sales and technicians and they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their service work. “I took my jeep in to get 2 front tires and a alignment, the car had been there since 8 am they did not take it in till 7:30 at night , when I left at 810 that night. Driving home it did not feel right, when I got home I found they had taken my good tires off the back and left the bald ones on the front. When I went back the next day , Mike said our bad , and they would put my tires back on right away , after a 1.5 hours I looked out side to see the jeep in the parking lot, of course no one told me it was done , so then when I got in the car the low air indicator was on , so I went back to tell them and they said so had to drive it and it will reset. Of course it never did I went to Discount tire and both front tires were low. The end result is I will never back to bell tire and I share my horrible experience with all my friends”
