Had a bad experience while buying a laptop. The service lady was talking as if she doesn’t care even if I care to buy. Didn’t provide me different options in size, color, and time to make a choice. Maybe they should hire those who have better good salesmanship.
I can't say enough about the Samsung staff as well as the Best Buy staff. They are friendly, Kind and very helpful. I bought a phone and watch and they walked us through everything and set them both up. The staff spent over 2 hours with us. They joked and smiled while doing it. Very blessed to have had their help.
If you are looking for appliances highly recommend.We walked in looking for a dishwasher and he was knowledgeable with excellent customer service. He has been with Best Buy for 17 years! ?He made it easy and stress free so I had to share my feedback!
