I would definitely buy a phone there again and it's a good place to go get a phone and I went to the 13 Mile and John r location and make yourself very nice sheet fire and beyond to help me it was a little time consuming but that's not her fault it's just part of setting up a phone you know so I would definitely recommend to go there yes.”

I wasn’t sure what motherboard I had purchased years ago but luckily the salesman Malak/Malek was kind enough to help me. He found all my pc’s specs and assisted me in my purchases. “Did an online order that included wine. Unbeknownst to me, the Target system will separate alcoholic beverages into another order. So, when I received the notification that my order was ready for pickup, I found that it was only the wine that was ready and the remaining items were still being processed. I explained this to Annice, the service manager, and she made sure that my order was prioritized and completed since I was already there and waiting. She researched and educated me so that I know how things work for future reference. She was professional, understanding and eager to resolve my issue. She even went a step further and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. She made for a pleasant experience and for that reason, I will return to this location.”

If the price ever goes down, you don't have to return the product and purchase it again, just head over to their customer support and they will refund you the amount it went down by, truly amazing, you never feel guilty anymore. As for their actual customer service, they always have people walking around ready to help, very professional, would recommend for any new devices and open box deals.”

“My neighborhood 7-Eleven. Always a friendly face to welcome you. Only thing I don't like is they opt and run out of my fountain lemonade that I like so much and it seems to take quite a while for the refills to come. Other than that, employees are great as well as the store”
