“BEST pharmacy I've ever used! The pharmacist and staff are so friendly and helpful compared to the four other oharmacies I have to use, I nesrly cried! The store is neat and well-stocked, but not so cluttered wuth junk as to make it hard to find anything. And BONUS! It's clean! as an immunocomprised cancer patient, I was thrilled to see the cashier wiping down the counter and card reader with alcohol-- how many dirty germy hands of sick people touch that stuff in a day? LOVE this place- the only thing it's missing is a cappucino machine.”

“The CVS store on 12 Mile and Rochester Road in Royal Oak is the best. The employees there are kind , patient and helpful and the pharmacy is competent. . I live close to the store on 11 and Coolidge in Berkley but I go out of my way to visit the store in Royal Oak because I want to take my business to places where it is valued.”

“I was struggling to get my prescription filled for a workman’s comp claim I had and was not having luck. the staff here got it all sorted out for me. I got notified while shopping that my scripts were ready but did not make it back in time before the pharmacy closed :(. as I was walking away in dismay one of the pharmacists there named Erik came running out after me and then grabbed my scripts and reopened the check out counter for me. this is what customer service is all about. you went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated that; tysm!!! “I had several phone conversations with Sam while trying to figure out the best option for my mother-in-law’s medications. She still handles her own meds, so I wanted to make sure we were making the right choice and not just going with whatever seemed easiest. I had a lot of questions, and Sam was kind, patient, and generous with his time every single time I called.
To be honest, Walgreens would have been the cheaper option for us. But after talking with Sam, I felt like Medi-Mart was the better choice for my mother-in-law’s situation. He helped me understand the differences, answered my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or brushed off. What stood out most was that he did not sound like he was just trying to sell me something. He sounded like someone who actually cared and wanted us to make the right decision.
That meant a lot, especially because this was not a small decision for our family. It can be stressful trying to sort through medication issues for someone you care about, and Sam made the whole process feel much easier and less overwhelming.
I’m really thankful for all of his help and patience. Good customer service is hard to find, and genuine care is even harder to find. Sam gave us both.”
