She ordered my clothes for me and promised to have them shipped to my house as soon as they came in. I'll definitely be checking to make sure she's working the next time I go in to get more.”

“I recently purchased my first pair of Red Wing boots at the store in Berkeley, MI. Their staff was knowledgeable, and made me feel at home. I purchased a pair of the Iron Rangers in brown, which had a manufacturing defect. However, the store exchanged them no questions asked. After a few weeks of break in, I decided these are the boots for me so I bough the exact same pair in Black. After about a month, I noticed quite a size difference between the leather used on the same 10D boot. I notified the store and they got me into the right size without hesitation. I cannot say enough about the customer service at the location and I highly recommend their boots too.”

The sound the front door made when I opened it was so unpleasant that I almost audibly gagged right there in the entryway. And I am severely hearing impaired. That was a sensory nightmare. I understand that is something that the employees don't exactly have control over though.”

“I was looking for a pair of boots and I was striking out at the most common places. I was down on Hall Rd and typed into a search the type of winter boot I was looking for and DSW come up. I didn't think of this place originally but I am certainly glad it came up as having the winter boot. They had my size and also a sale going on so I made out terrifically. I highly suggest going there as they have much to choose from in any type of shoe.”
“Stopped at Harbor Freight and got what I was looking for! As a whole the Hoover 11 Shopping Center has a decent selection of retail stores. They could do a better job keeping the entire place a bit cleaner. That can be said about a lot of shopping centers though. It was not busy at all when I last visited. If you need something from one of the retail stores there definitely stop by. You should be able to find what you are looking for.”
