“Went in for pillows, wasn’t offered their large bag for said pillows and then was told I needed a cart to take said pillows after checking out. Wasn’t offered a cart and I had literally carried the pillows from the back of the store to the register without much of an issue so I would say staff are useless and unable to help you but will tell you.”

“Was happy to find gluten-free food in the food section. Didn't want to spend alot on fast food. Highly recommend if you need something to eat and don't want to brave Walmart or Meijers.”

“Pharmacy staff are pleasant and helpful. They let you know about possible interactions or side effects. When something isn't covered by insurance and OTC are available they'll give suggestions and show you where it is.It seems floor employees are more friendly and willing to help you find something than in past years. They'll look it up and take you to the item even the Online Order Fillers; [those pushing the big blue carts].”
“I recently visited to upgrade my phone from a barely-functional iPhone 7 Plus to an 11. They were offering a deal for $100 off with in-store activation, so I asked the gal there to explain it a bit further since there wasn't much info right on the price tag. She was very patient and answered all my questions, but I think the best part was that once I realized it'd cost me more in the long run (the deal required me to choose the unlimited plan which was $35 more per month than what I pay now) and said I'd rather just pay full price, she didn't try to sell me anything else and get me to pay more like I see a lot of salespeople do. She just respected my choice and I appreciate that. Unfortunately I didn't catch a name but definitely recommend for their customer service!”
“My husband and I just moved into the area and stopped by to shop before picking up our order. We walked around and enjoyed the wide, clean aisles. The associates we chatted with her friendly - even funny - and treated us very well. The pickup service was really fast and efficient. I see use utilizing this service going forward. I know we'll shop here again, though it will take us a while to figure out where everything is located!”
