“I love UBCCU! I was shopping around for an auto loan and the first time I called, I spoke with a lady name Savannah. I was immediately put off by her attitude. She was very unfriendly and harsh. She sounded irritated to answer my questions and I was eager to get off the phone call and continue my search, as her customer service was horrific. However, after I had done some research, I decided that UBCCU had the best rates, and decided to call again. I was then greeted by a friendly, perky woman named Hannah. Hannah answered all of my questions and even provided some additional education, and I really felt like she was looking out for my best financial interests, and she was just really nice to speak with! After discussing my options, I decided on the perfect loan for the car I wanted. Great rate, and low monthly payments. Hannah is easy to get into contact with and always seems excited to hear from me. If you're ever in need of a loan, call UBCCU and ask for her.
