“I don't go here but my bf does. When I switch banks it will be here. If you have cash you want to put in your account there ATM's have an option to put actual cash in. If you're a member they also have a coin counter that's free unlike Coin star that charges an insane amount. They also work with you on loans and getting a cc and getting an amount that will work with your debt to income ratio. Every one there's super friendly and also if you pay just 10$ you can put your check in one day early. They also make your debit card in a couple minutes right in the bank you don't have to wait for 1 or 2 weeks also it has a chip. They also can make it so you can't over withdrawal your account especially if your credit is bad I think this is awesome not because my credit is super bad but that's how a lot of banks make a lot of money and they don't care what situation your in this is cool this bank does care.”

“I visit this location frequently and have always been happy with the customer service. One day I walk into the bank with a complaint about a erroneous charge on my checking. I walk upto the cashier and started to unload about the charges on my account. I came up for air and noticed she was looking at me with this whimsical look on her face. I immediately started to apologize for my behavior and without hesitation she immediately let me know that Huntington Bank appreciates me as a valued customer, but my anger was not going to impact her and the job she was there to do. Then, again without skipping a beat she asks me again how she could help me. She completely disarmed me and I walked out of the bank smiling at the change in my attitude. Because of an individual. Taylor Rose. I look for her when we go in and fill a little disappointed when she's busy with others. This young women is beyond any shadow of a doubt a five star asset and this establishment is fortunate to have had the foresight to employ her.”

“They are so kind. I got a text that looked just like it was from advia they wanted to know if I had made a couple out of state transactions and if I hadn't to call the number on the text. I called and a man answered just like advia and I ended giving away too much info. I got scammed I had to close the account. The scammer used my information to spend my money but advia replaced my money and investigated. They always get me back on track.”
