“I receive Remicade from Optimed Specialty Pharmacy. There have been numerous times where I have struggled with refills and referrals, but the ladies at Optimed always come through for me. They go above and beyond to figure out the issue and insure that I get my medication.”
“Family Fare in Paw Paw is my go-to spot for weekly groceries. The store is always clean and well-organized, which makes shopping a breeze. They have a great selection of fresh produce, and I can usually find everything on my list. What really stands out is the staff – they're consistently friendly and helpful, from the people stocking shelves to the cashiers. It’s nice to have a reliable grocery store with a pleasant atmosphere right in town.”

“They have nice fresh veggies and fruits , today first time I saw okra ( bhindi) though bit high priced but it’s nice they have them.
Store on West Main is really good though I am not sure of their replenishment times. If we need extra they do get from warehouse especially green veggies.”
“Been using this pharmacy for years... Decent prices on my meds with text updates: when ready, cost and even the occasional shortage. Can't say the same for the Walmart up the street though.
Haven't had any issues with service or staff and generally my scripts are filled quickly supply dependent but that's out of their control (Adderall shortage or special meds not normally stocked).
Would be nice if they were open longer on Saturdays or open half day on Sunday... But there's always Trade-Offs.”
“Their tire department is excellent. Very helpful and quick. I bought tires from there and I got a flat, they got me in same day and fixed it in a timely manner. Always nice and courteous.”
“We love that our Dr office has a pharmacy in the same building we are seen in, it's super convenient, staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Plus there is up front 10 min. Parking for pharmacy pick up at this location which is super helpful! We left a larger pharmacy and started utilizing this one in its place and don't have any complaints! They also text/call when the prescription is ready.”
“This pharmacy is ok. A little disorganized and slow, but the people are very friendly. I have had a few issues with them but nothing that would stop me from returning. The pharmacy techs and pharmacists are very helpful and willing to solve your issues if they are able.”
“I ordered a cake for my daughters 9th birthday, it was absolutely amazing. April in the bakery did a beautiful job. Everyone at the party wanted to know where I got the cake from and couldn't believe it was from Walmart. Thank you so much April, you made my daughter's day even more special!!!!”
“My wife was sent home from the ER and a prescription was phoned in. When I called, they were near closing but they could rush fill the prescription but I needed to hurry. I rushed but arrived after closing. The staff were on the way to turn in their registers but one staffer heard my groans of dismay and came back to make sure I got the med. Her name was Alicia and she really was kind and inconvenienced herself to give service that was truly above and beyond. Thank you Alicia and thank you Walmart.”

“Moni was AMAZING!! I had my prescription called in to the CVS on Michigan Ave and the pharmacist told me that he couldn’t fill my prescription and they were going to have to call the doctor in the morning. Then I asked him if I had two prescriptions and he told me there was only one. I called Moni at the Target and she said there were two prescriptions and that she could fill them both for me; it was close to closing time and she called me as soon as they were ready. I will never go to a different Kalamazoo CVS...this one has my business forever. Thank you!”

“Very impressed with the lady I spoke with today. My son was prescribed a medication and Walmart was out of stock and it would take 1-2 days to get in through their order. I called Walgreens to just see if they had it. They did and this lady took down my son’s information and called over to Walmart and got his script transferred over and taken care of within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend!”

“I've had both poor service and great service here. Mostly good service. I mainly go to walgreens for prescriptions. I've had very helpful, attentive, and caring service from most pharmacy employees overall. There's been some frustrations with possible miscommunication between the doctor's office and pharmacy, which I can't place blame on the pharmacy for this. I did have one poor experience where I was trying to update my last name, and I clearly overheard two pharmacy employees in back questioning and giggling about the fact that I had 3 last names on file. I definitely expect more professionalism and respect when it comes to not being gossiped about and laughed at, behind the counter where I could clearly hear, by two young girls who have no idea what my background is or the reason for the name changes. My personal information should remain personal information and should not be treated as a laughing matter.”
