“This place is a lifesaver. While driving from Traverse City to Detroit on a family roadtrip with a bunch of kids, our car ran hot. Thankfully we were only a half-mile from Hilltop Maintenance when this happened. They didn’t have the parts needed for our vehicle in-stock, so instead of waiting for them to be delivered next-day since we are not local, they found them in-stock at a nearby ford dealer, picked them up for us, and had us in and out in just a few hours and the car is now running smoothly.
Thank you so much to everyone at hilltop for turning a bad situation into a great experience! We are so grateful for your help and kindness, all the best!”
“We couldn’t have asked for a better shop to stop at! They were able to diagnose the car within minutes of us getting there! They get us back on the road within 24 hours.”
“Man these guys are lifesavers ! I hit a snow drifts the other day in negative temps .. out of town.. and with no tools and my serpentine belt popped off .Had a tow truck drop me off there no warning and they got me right in , as quick as they could , got it on extremely quick . And charged me a fraction of what I had expected it to be on such short notice in Sub zero temps. Great place !!”
“I had him work on my 2016 Silverado’s transmission and buddy did a rebuild for me. Who knew a truck could run smoother than before! If you’ve had a 2014-2019 Chevy Silverado you know that they do the hard shifting well guess what not anymore! After my transmission took a poop and my torque converter had eaten itself buddy saved the day! No seriously I’ve never driven a smoother shifting truck at least in this year range and I work at a dealership driving many different vehicles a day, so I’m not just talking out my butt here. I was and still am blown away on how well my truck is running. Thank you a ton buddy for some amazing service! I would fully recommend this company to work on your vehicle they are trusted and take their time to ensure the best performance out of your vehicle.”
“Very helpful. Good guys. Truck and Trailer service. Jan 2017 getting computer for ABS service. They "try attitude" to get you in and out if you work with them.”
“Got me in quickly, and was very thorough and detailed with all the repairs. When I went to pick it up, he stated that he was hearing a noise in the rear brake area and wanted to take care of that before releasing the vehicle back to me. Got that taken care of the next day! Great service! Good attitude! Will definitely recommend!”
“Took my vehicle to ATM to have some service work done they were awesome very polite repair was done to my satisfaction and I’m pretty picky. Repair was cheaper than what was quoted. I would definitely recommend this shop! Thanks guys for a job well done”

“Very professional and affordable! Dean has repaired my personal and work vehicles for several years now and I’m very impressed with his work. He does his absolute best to take care of his customers. I’ve had some really good mechanics in the past but Dean has outdone them all!”
