They are able to diagnose & fix any problem we've thrown at them in terms of car repair/maintenance. One time there was a misunderstanding about what we needed (it was an odd electrical problem & actually ended up being a recall about a year later). Doug was very apologetic and actually refunded us, I knew then that he has integrity & truly cares about his customers.”
