There were a few items that piqued my interest. I returned a few days later to purchase a lovely accent piece. If you're

He made a meager sale with us but he took all the time we needed and helped us in a “delicate” situation. Also I want to mention another person who was a great help for our situation. She was very patient, and walked us through all of our options. All of her suggestions were top notch and we felt like she did not make us feel rushed or pushed. “I absolutely love this store! I couldn’t even think of purchasing a piece of furniture anywhere else. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient! I tend to change my mind often and it doesn’t bother them a bit. I’ve purchased items throughout the years and everyone that comes into my home comments on how beautiful each piece is. All the pieces are priced extremely well. If you haven’t been there, I recommend stopping in to take a look. I don’t think you’d be disappointed”
“We went to to Bob's in Livonia on Middlebelt where we were helped by Curtis. We needed Counter height stools for today but they unfortunately did not have any to take home same day on Christmas Eve. Curtis was extremely nice and helpful and sent us to the novi outlet to find what we needed. We did not leave Novi empty handed! We walked out with 2 counter height stools 1/2 price from the damaged section. They're perfect. Saad was great he helped us pay and showed us some other items. Even the guys hauling around our furniture were extremely helpful. From Livonia to Novi such great service im so glad we stopped in for the first time and made the trip out to the other store! We are already planning the next trip for our bedroom set. Thank you guys so much. Great service and we love our furniture!”
