I love that I can see the knives in person before making the investment. They also do free classes there, I plan on attending some when I can.”

Linda was able to get me exactly what I wanted for each room and the price was the same as the online prices. I was not wearing anything fancy and got great service. I would recommend Advance to anyone who wants good quality products with great customer service. I do recommend you know the size of everything because returns can be expensive with restocking fees which is the same as any other store.”

“First time visitor. They seem to cater to pros but they took the time to help me find the parts I needed to solve a plumbing problem as a homeowner. A much better experience than trying to find what you need at Lowes or Home Depot. They also spent quite a bit of time with me to answer general questions I had about faucets even though I only spent about 7 bucks while I was there. I will be back.”

I purchased and had everything loaded into my vehicle (he did that too) in less than 20 minutes.As for the store - made selection very easy - great to have so much displayed and in large enough panels to get a feel for the look. In addition, the online tool (we did that the day before) was extremely useful including thinking through how to lay out the planks. Thank you.”
