107 W Main St, Hopkins MI 49328
“Excellent service, this place is like a Hallmark card come to life. Guy stayed open late for me, he asked if I was police, military or first responded (I'm the last) he said he always wants to make sure those who help others get help. Made me feel really special, appreciate this place.”

325 Reno Dr, Wayland MI 49348
“My experiences with the employees here has been nothing but great. They are on the ball and very polite. When I was there to get the passport process going they were very patient and we even got started early since I showed up early. Personally I don't understand why some folks have issues with the employees here, they've been nothing short of great to me.”

8350 Byron Center Ave SW, Byron Center MI 49315
“The people of this USPS location saved our day! We had a passport application appointment at another USPS location (Kalamazoo), but they canceled our appointment without notice after we arrived. We came to this Byron Center location immediately after without an appointment. We knew it was a long shot, we explained our dilemma and asked if they could squeeze us in. And you know what? They did! They showed us grace and helped us with our applications! They could have said “No”, but they chose kindness and helpfulness! We are grateful to the folks who helped us today!”

3970 S Greenbrooke Dr SE, Grand Rapids MI 49512
“The reviews for this location seem way off base to me. This is my local post office and I've visited frequently over the years. The staff at the counter has always been friendly and helpful.”
