“CJ Flooring has fully impressed me and earned my trust. From the minute we had our free estimate, Ali was helpful, respectful, kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I had plenty of reservations and questions and Ali was prompt and thorough in answering all of them and making me feel comfortable.
Now we are into the install process and the team Ali sent works so hard! They also found a few critical things that needed fixed before they could continue with their job and instead of passing the buck and asking for someone else to come and do it, they took initiative and fixed the problem. Very helpful, so respectful and professional!

“Great place for (cheap), good quality stuff, I wouldn't rely on them if I were a professional, but for the average homeowner it's a great place. I'm in process of switching most of my tools over to the 20v cordless Bauer. So far I've had no issues with any of them.”

“I had rented a utility pump to empty water in basement. When I was done I had 15 minutes to make it back to store so I wasn’t charged a second day and could get deposit back. I had called and was going to be past closing time. The guys in the rental shop, the rental desk worker, and a cashier all stayed so I could get the return done. Great customer service that helped me tremendously.”

“They didnt have the part i needed in the correct length. That being said i can not give the guy who helped me enough praise, im a bit sad I didnt catch his name.
He helped me fix my issue i had at home with a part i had to get at Lowe's but still from going to Lowe's where they were useless and couldn't even figure out where stuff was half the time to someone who knew what was wrong was amazing. From now on gonna be my first stop.”
