“I was helped today by a lady named Sarah in the Home appliance department. I’ve worked with her before she’s wonderful wonderful wonderful she’s an asset to the organization. Lowes should bel her into a managerial position. she’s a attentive and knows the customer needs. Lowes needs to increase their customer service interaction and take away some of those scan through registers upfront to take away the people and that to me is not cool. Other than that Sarah’s wonderful.”

“Great store always friendly helpful people.
My comments are about ground works half gallon sprayers . Everyone I purchase this year have had a small pin hole in the bottom .
It will work for about a week or two,then start leaking. Can't afford to take another chance of trying another one.
Only used soap and water in it to kill wasp with.
Here is a update on my half gallon sprayers.
After using 4 sprayers this year, everyone of them leaked on the same seam.
I tried to reach out to ground works about my problem, but no answer yet after 4 weeks.
Looking for a new company to deal with as far as buying a sprayer.”
