“Been here for 5 years now and very satisfied. Mortgage department needs to open there wings more and offer more choices but the people are all great. In a way I don't like how they rotate their employees from bank to bank in the area, but maybe that's so they can grow accustomed to they various locations and people. Great supporters of the communities they serve. They take care of everything I may need in spite of being on the road for two weeks at a time driving to California and back. Great personel attention, better than the 3 big credit unions in Flint area. I still use another credit union but between both of my institutions, everything we need gets accomplished with a smile. “Easy to use. Very user-friendly. Clean. Always has money ? I some and is never broken down like other banks ? they usually are. The screen is also always clean, like someone cleans it like every other hour, unlike again some other banks ? the ATM ? machines screens are NASTY. This one has a little trash can built into it as well, so you can throw your receipts or other stuff away instead of on the ground. Great ? Job PNC ? ? team. Thank you, guys ? and gals ?.”
