I’m a hands‑on, do‑it‑myself kind of guy, and I searched everywhere for parts for my older ceiling fan light fixture with no luck. I explained I didn’t see during the order processing but no big deal I’ll come back tomorrow. The associate asked what I ordered and she said no worries and completed my order in just a few minutes! Super helpful and friendly. She didn’t have to complete my order but did! Highly recommend this Joanns. great staff and wonderful customer service!”
