“We had the best experience with Dr. Dan and his team! Our cat had reoccurring urinary blockages and they were able to quickly get him scheduled for a PU procedure. Their attention to detail, care and communication was outstanding. Before discharge, the team did a phenomenal job explaining Frankie’s medication schedule, healing process and long term recommendations. Dr. Dan checked on Frankie numerous times via text after he was discharged, quickly answering our questions and putting our minds at ease. Thank you for making a stressful situation as easy as possible!”

Phone calls do seem to have a little wait time on hold, but once you're the one on the phone with them, you'll understand why. Oh and Logan said take your furry friends there, they give the treats, just for being cute🐾”

“We have been taking my dog there since we got her at 4 months old. She is now over 1 yr. She was so high anxiety at that time. They allowed me to bring her in just to say hi and get used to it before her first appointment. When we pull up she starts crying. Actually the only time she tries to jump out to get into the building. The staff dotes on her so of course she loves it there. The prices are similar to what we would pay right down the road from me in Davison. It’s usually easy to get an appointment depending on what is being done.”

They were very kind and thorough to my new foster kitty, and I was extremely grateful to get in to get her eyes looked at and meds for her. “I have been going to the Veterinary Medical Hospital since the 80's for all my dogs, back when the older gentlemen owned the business. Which was ran wonderfully. He was humorous, gentle, very kind, concerned, and caring toward the pets. Since then, a new owner or the business has been passed down to a new generation. However, the hospital seems a bit rushed and not as compassionate as before. I took my dog there yesterday for a check-up, tooth exam, and a booster. When I entered the exam room, I was asked to put my dog on the scale and my dog being nervous, he squirmed and wouldn't stay still on the scale. The Doctor said "Oh he is 7.5 lbs." I tried to explain to the doctor that I had just weighed him in the waiting room and he was 6.2 lbs. He ignored me and continued to say "Yeah must have gained weight" He jotted down the inaccurate weight and proceeded to look in my dogs mouth. The doctor forcefully pried his mouth open and said "Yup he's going to need all of his teeth pulled." The doctor had NO compassion. I felt rushed, and bothersome to him. He was more concerned about getting to the next room. Then my dog's bad teeth and bad breath. So, now I am very concerned about having him perform the extractions on my dog of ten years of age. I have heard that there can be serious complications with him being older. I wasn't given a pamphlet or a printout about the procedure. I was not satisfied with this visit AT ALL! As I said before, I've been coming here for over twenty years and I have noticed a decline in their customer services and compassion toward the animals. I will give them four starts for the previous years I have been coming there and no stars for my current visit. I think they need to either get more staff or add longer hours to accommodate everyone with compassion and concern.”

“Very great with negotiating prices with what you have to spend. I take my cat here every 2 months or sometimes 3 times a week since he struggles with mega colon. Vets can be very expensive and pushy with pricing but here they do what they can just along with you and your budget. Very nice and the doctor somehow always gets him in”
