“My friend and myself stopped by the Dewitt lumber in Mt pleasant to look at the pallets they have for free. A nice young man named JJ, came walking up to us and asked what I needed and I told him, he took us in the back and not only found me better pallets then out front, he also took some boards apart for me and loaded everything into my friends truck. I am 55 and injured and I can't lift much, and he was so hopeful and kind, I (we) can't thank him enough! You have yourself a good employee?”

“This dealership is top notch! I bought a used CaseIH Puma from them. The price was fair, and the sales manager was helpful. When I got the tractor home, I found an issue with the tractor. I called Ellen’s up and they could have told me “Tough luck, sold as-is” but instead they worked hard to come up with a fair solution to the problem. Thank you Ellen’s Equipment, it was a pleasure to work with you!”

“You come in and you ask what you might need and they'll take you right to it. One-on-one help and it's not trying to sell you something which you don't need to give you what you want. And the prices are affordable and with quality products. You can't expect anything less.”

“We walked in and were greeted by every employee. They knew where every object was by aisle, placement and price. They informed me of an upcomong sale and the price of items on the sale. They had those memorized too. All were kind as well. Probably thd best customer service ive ever had, and it was from every employee! Good job to the whole store.”

“Stopped going to HD after building a 90' dock where the planks curl every time the sun hits it. No help. The lumber at Menards is so much better quality! Nicer selection of appliances, paints and stains too”

“The store manager went above and beyond and did not give up to make sure I got a great price on my windows. You don't see this much effort from very many store managers. He did a great job!”
