“Percha is the place to go for all flooring, paint, and blinds needs. My entire house has Percha flooring and paint and the quality is amazing! They helped me measure and install a custom blind that is also great quality. I would recommend them 10/10 times!”

“I'm mostly OK with this hardware store. There are quite a few people who will help you if needed and ask if you need help. I think they need to get a better receipt system so that the receipts have a good description of the bolts and other small items you can buy there because if you need to return them it is well difficult to determine what receipt you had for different times you went there to buy things because there is just a generic "bolts and fasteners" if you ever needed to take it back, you will have to rely on your memory of the price to figure out which receipt you had for it. It would also be nice if they had a bicycle rack so you can lock it up.”

They had those memorized too. All were kind as well. Probably thd best customer service ive ever had, and it was from every employee! Good job to the whole store.”

“My friend and myself stopped by the Dewitt lumber in Mt pleasant to look at the pallets they have for free.
A nice young man named JJ, came walking up to us and asked what I needed and I told him, he took us in the back and not only found me better pallets then out front, he also took some boards apart for me and loaded everything into my friends truck.
I am 55 and injured and I can't lift much, and he was so hopeful and kind, I (we) can't thank him enough!
