Went into the spectrum store and got talked down to by the employees. Walked over to T-Mobile after being very frustrated with spectrum and both employees were super helpful. They did what spectrum couldn’t in over a year in less than an hour. AND our bill was less. Customer service was so much nicer and better to deal with.”

“I have been a costumer for decades. Sprint , nextell ,T mobile . I made a bad decision and went with a nother carrier for 4 long horrible days. The other carrier couldn't get my phone to except text and so many other problems. I went back to T mobile and Carter was absolutely amazing. It took a few hours and he stayed 100% focused on what he needed to do. My phone now is working properly and I have so much respect for carter and T mobile. Carter was very kind and patient with us.”
