I didn't catch the name of the first representative who helped me, but he was incredibly helpful and patient. I also worked with David, the Assistant Manager, who was equally amazing and helpful. It turned out to be much more in-depth than I was thinking it would be, but the team at this Verizon store really went out of their way to try and get my issue solved, and I really appreciate it. Great customer service—I would definitely recommend them!”
“Struggled for a long time trying to change phone plans with spectrum to a different account to keep my phone number. They made all the excuses. Went into the spectrum store and got talked down to by the employees. Walked over to T-Mobile after being very frustrated with spectrum and both employees were super helpful. They did what spectrum couldn’t in over a year in less than an hour. AND our bill was less. Customer service was so much nicer and better to deal with.”
