“Staff was helpful in letting me know where asked for item would be. A gentleman took me to the place it would be even though it was some distance away. SADLY only 2 of the office supply items on the shelf. Wanted 4 electric pencil sharpeners and had to settle for 2 battery operated ones and no staple removers. Today I found out there are NO fitting rooms any more. I travel almost 90 miles ONE WAY. That meant IF it didn't fit I'd travel OVER 175 MILES to do a return!!! Try again!”

“This is THE STOP for gas and quick automotive needs. The clerk stopped me from buying a tire gauge that I didn't need and insisted on helping with a tire fill when I had inappropriate gloves. Also had great recommendations for auto help within Ishpeming. Cannot rate highly enough.”

“Great store but often extremely pricey. Considering it's the only grocery store in Ishpeming the prices seem outrageous but I still stop in here for meat and deli items sometimes for their discounts. Pasties are the best so I keep coming back for them.”

No matter if you talk to someone at the service desk, the deli counter, while stocking in the aisles or at the checkout, it's all the same: Friendly, helpful and professional assistance. Every. Single. Time! The prices are very competitive and the sale prices are great. I really appreciate that the 'big' sale paper comes in my mailbox, so I can plan our shopping trips for the next two weeks. Would I love to see brownie bites in the bakery? Sure. How about Herdez Avocado Hot Sauce? Oh, yes. But I won't complain as there are so many great things that we get here. And, despite the rising cost of groceries everywhere, we always leave Super One with a smile because the staff makes us feel like VIPs. Thank you!!”
